Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations: More than 30 days before the event: 20% deposit is non-refundable. 14-30 days before the event: 50% of the total booking is payable. Less than 14 days before the event: 100% of the total booking is payable. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation, minus any non-refundable costs already incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., special ingredient purchases, rentals). Non-Refundable Costs Clause: Costs incurred by Lakes Cocktail Co. on behalf of the client (e.g., special orders, third-party rentals) are non-refundable and may be deducted from any potential refunds. Partial Service Cancellation: In cases where only a portion of services needs to be canceled or modified (e.g., change in hours, reduced guest count), such changes may be treated as a partial cancellation and may be subject to revised fees or penalties. Cancellation Due to Client Non-Compliance: Lakes Cocktail Co. reserves the right to cancel services without refund if the client fails to meet their responsibilities, such as providing necessary permits, ensuring venue safety, or adhering to agreed terms. Notice for Modifications: Significant modifications to booking details (date, guest count, service scope) must be communicated as early as possible. If such changes impact service feasibility, they may be treated as a partial or full cancellation, with applicable fees. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of serious, unforeseen client circumstances (e.g., illness, bereavement), we will consider rescheduling or reduced penalties on a case-by-case basis, subject to written proof and our discretion. Lakes Cocktail Co. Cancellations: If we must cancel services for any reason, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made. Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions. Rescheduling or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. By booking with Lakes Cocktail Co., you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
